How to convert your foreign driving license into a Cambodian one?

How to obtain a Cambodian Driver's License for Foreigners using a foreign driving license?

In Cambodia, foreigners legally residing in the country (long-term residents/visa) must obtain a Cambodian driver's license based on the type of vehicle they intend to drive. Here's a breakdown:

  • Type A License for motorcycles over 125cc. No license is needed under 125cc.

  • Type B License for cars.

Validity: Foreigners holding a converted Cambodian driver's license can use it for up to one year.
