Rental Policy

Booking
Renting with Mototom Cambodia is easy: fill out our form and agree to these terms.
Required Documents
- Original passport with a valid Cambodian visa or a refundable cash deposit.
- For bikes over 125cc: valid motorcycle license + 1949 International Driving Permit.
- A passport or cash deposit is required for the full rental period.
Conditions of Use
- Ride responsibly with a valid license.
- No racing or leaving bikes unattended in remote areas.
- Renter is liable for traffic violations and accidents.
Insurance
Renter must have personal insurance.
Maintenance & Repairs
- Return the bike in its original condition.
- Damages or repairs are charged at market rates.
Theft Policy
- $1,400 fee for a stolen/lost 250cc bike.
- $2,200 fee for a stolen/lost 400–700cc bike.
Extension Policy
Request extensions at least 2 days before the contract ends.
Owner’s Liability Waiver
The owner is not liable for injuries or damages caused by the renter.
Indemnification
Renter indemnifies owner against third-party claims.
Bike Quality
All motorbikes are professionally maintained for safety and reliability. Please inspect your bike before departure and report any issues immediately. Once the bike leaves our premises, we cannot be held responsible for undisclosed defects.
