Heading to Cambodia? The e-Visa is your fastest way in! Issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Kingdom of Cambodia, this official electronic visa makes your journey smooth and easy.

What's the Cambodian e-Visa?

It's an official electronic visa for a single entry into Cambodia, valid for tourism or business, allowing a maximum stay of 30 days. It is mandatory for air arrivals as of January 1, 2025. Travellers arriving via land or water crossings might still need to fill out paper immigration forms until further notice.

URGENT ADVISORY FOR LAND BORDER CROSSINGS (as of July 2025):

Attention overlanders and motorcyclists! As of July 2025, land border crossings between Thailand and Cambodia are largely CLOSED due to ongoing disputes and unilateral actions by Thailand. This includes major points like Poipet. Do not plan to enter or exit Cambodia via Thailand by land at this time.

However, the Cambodia-Laos border crossing at Dong Kralor (Stung Treng Province) remains OPEN for international travellers and accepts e-Visas.

The situation is fluid and can change rapidly. While your e-Visa may be valid for land entry, access might be impacted. You are strongly advised to:

  • Verify the real-time status of your specific border crossing point immediately before your travel.

  • Consult official sources from the Cambodian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and your country's embassy/consulate in the region, as well as reliable local news.
