20% deposit due upon booking (after confirming a tour).
60% due 15 days before the tour/rental start date (totaling 80%).
Final 20% due at the start of the tour/rental.

15+ days before: Full refund.
8-15 days before: 100% refund (minus $150 admin fee).
Within 8 days: No refund of the 80% paid.

Riders need their own insurance (travel and accident insurance). Our bikes cover third-party liability only.

💪🏼 Before riding with us, please ensure you are fit enough to handle various weather conditions and road scenarios. While we tailor our tours to accommodate your riding skills, our full adventure package requires a minimum level of experience on two wheels and good physical condition. This ensures that you have the best possible experience.

💉 Before traveling to Cambodia, consult your doctor about recommended vaccinations, including typhoid, hepatitis, tetanus, and polio. To protect yourself against mosquito-borne diseases like malaria, wear long sleeves, use insect repellent, and sleep under a mosquito net or with a long blanket.
Keep in mind that peak transmission of malaria and dengue fever occurs during the rainy season. However, rest assured that the region visited by Mototom is not considered high risk for contagious diseases, and we prioritize safe, clean accommodations that minimize exposure to mosquitoes.
