PAYMENT, CANCELLATION, Insurance POLICY, Docs Reminder for Tours

Payment Schedule:

20% deposit due upon booking (after confirming the tour/rental).
60% due 15 days before the tour/rental start date (totaling 80%).
Final 20% due at the start of the tour/rental.

Cancellation Policy:

15+ days before: Full refund.
8-15 days before: 100% refund (minus $150 admin fee).
Within 8 days: No refund of the 80% paid.

Insurance:
Riders need their own insurance (travel and accident insurance). Our bikes cover third-party liability only.

International Driving Permit:
A valid International Driving Permit (IDP) is required in Cambodia for travelers.
